Superloop Probiz service is powered by Telstra Ethernet Access OR by nbn® Enterprise Ethernet. The Probiz service provides high speed and reliable fibre based solution to your business site and is available alongside or instead of standard nbn services. The Probiz service offers a Layer 2 Metro Ethernet Forum 3.0 (MEF) compliant service. It supports symmetrical bandwidth profile with traffic prioritisation, which includes Class of Service (CoS) with excess information rate and best effort contention. The classes of service available:
Probiz plans on Telstra Ethernet Access:
Standard Class of Service (CoS) - The ideal connection for multi-site VPNs and cloud-based applications. The most appropriate CoS for internet traffic or lower cost input to a SD-WAN.
Premium Class of Service (CoS) - A reliable connection for very large and multi-site businesses. Suitable for broad IPVPN connectivity allowing flexibility across all traffic types.
Probiz plans on nbn Enterprise Ethernet:
Low class of service (CoS) : Low CoS provides an excess information rate with best effort contention, which is great for low priority applications, including internet browsing and emails.
High class of service (CoS) : High CoS provides a committed 1:1 information rate, ideal for time-sensitive applications including voice, video conferencing and CRM database enquiries.

Mobile Backup automatically provides connectivity if the tail-end Ethernet Access fibre goes down. You stay connected. Unlike using two fixed connections that are likely to enter a building using the same conduit or path to supply primary and backup services, mobile backup increases service resilience by offering a wireless path.
The great part about Probiz plans on Telstra Ethernet Access with Mobile Backup is that it works seamlessly, with no intervention required to switch services should your primary fibre service be interrupted. More information on Mobile Backup is available via the Product Guide here.
