Eligible Superloop residential nbn customers can get a FREE* eero 7 With our nbn 100Mbps plans. You may be eligible for one free router per service, but it’s only available for FTTP, FTTC, or HFC connections. TP-Link VB433v is also available for FTTN and FTTB connections. To qualify, your service must stay active for 24 months. If you cancel before then, a Modem Payout Fee (inc. GST) will apply for the remaining months. Some copper-based access technologies such as FTTN (Fibre to the Node) and FTTB (Fibre to the Building) access lines may have a hard time supporting speed tiers above nbn 50. The best way to determine your maximum access line speed is to install the service and then test to see if it can support your selected speed tier, if it can’t then we’ll offer to move you to something more suitable.
