Superloop continues its success with major contracts in Smart Communities

Superloop today announced that is has signed over 6,000 new lots across nine Smart Communities' projects since the start of FY25, including 4,200 Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) lots and 1,800 lots in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector.

AVJennings selects Superloop for upcoming 1,100 lot development

Among the significant contracts is a new partnership with AVJennings for their upcoming Beaudesert development in Queensland. Superloop has been selected to deliver an estate-wide wholesale fibre rollout for approximately 1,100 new homes in a highly sought-after community development for homebuyers. Residents will benefit from Superloop’s leading Wholesale FTTP network, ensuring high-speed, reliable internet connectivity.

“Superloop is proud to partner with AVJennings to provide fast, reliable internet access to residents in emerging communities like Beaudesert,” said Superloop CEO & Managing Director Paul Tyler.
