Superloop releases FY26 results: growth across all segments, Underlying EBITDA above upgraded guidance and record free cash flow

Superloop has today released its FY26 full year results, marking the successful completion of the Company's three-year Double Down strategy, with all targets set under the strategy delivered or exceeded.

Revenue increased 21.5% to $664.3 million and Underlying EBITDA increased 33% to $122.7 million, exceeding the top end of guidance that was upgraded twice during the FY, with Underlying EBITDA margin expanding 1.6 percentage points to 18.5%. Gross operating cash flow of $123.5 million represented 101% conversion of Underlying EBITDA, and free cash flow increased 50% to $84.4 million. Net profit after tax rose to $17.5 million, from $1.2 million in FY25. 

All three segments delivered revenue and gross margin growth. Superloop added 205,000 customers during the year to reach 935,000, with Group nbn market share increasing 1.9 percentage points to 8.5%. 

Smart Communities contracted lots almost doubled to approximately 190,000, supported by the acquisitions of Frontier Networks and Lynham Networks and new developer wins, while the launch of neoloop brings Superloop's FTTP assets together under a single open access wholesale brand.  

Superloop enters FY27 well positioned to deliver on SuperCharge29, its strategy through to FY29.

  • Underlying EBITDA up 33% to $122.7 million, exceeding the top end of guidance 

  • Free cash flow up 50% to $84.4 million and gross operating cash flow of $123.5 million at 101% conversion 

  • NPAT increased to $17.5 million from $1.2 million in FY25, marking a second consecutive year of profit 

  • 205,000 customers added to reach 935,000, with Group nbn market share up 1.9 percentage points to 8.5% 

  • Record Consumer growth of 116,000 customers and brand awareness up from 24% to 34% 

  • Smart Communities contracted lots almost doubled to approximately 190,000, with Lynham Networks integrated and neoloop launched
